Now What?

I sat down to work on "American Wasteland", the "Post-Nuclear" 'Blog I wanted to have ready. Needless to say, I was surprised to see I didn't need to do it, as a compromise was reached.

This is a true compromise, Bush and the mullahs get their nominees now, but the Supreme Court is still fair game. I can only hope that Bush is smart enough (yeah--right) to realize this and not tempt fate twice.

Of course, a case in New Hampshire that the Supreme Court will hear will show just how critical keeping the courts out of the hands of the mullahs is. And why keeping the filibuster open is so important.

So what of "American Wasteland"? I may still do it--in some form. Some of the ideas may creep into other 'blogs, perhaps for "New Patriot". It may pop up as a 'blog here.
