There really is no esoteric mystery about the "natural" remedies we have been given. Herbs and essential oils have been used for centuries in healing ailments.

Hi there & welcome! My name is Sunni! I have approximately 150 herbs, and spices and over to 100 essential oils, fragrance oils, flavor oils, carrier oils & exotic butters (combined, that is), which I use to make my Practical Wisdom products. All of the items listed herein are hand-blended and packaged by me. The quality of my product is very important to me, as I'm sure it is to you as well, therefore the ingredients I use are 100% pure and/or natural.

I would also like to share with you some down-to-earth "practical wisdom" by teaching you some practical and magickal uses of these wonderful gifts from our Earth. You may want to keep a journal to record your favorite remedies, recipes and special uses for the herbs and oils. Jot down everything you try, messed up, did right, your goals, fears, anything your heart desires! Journalizing is a great release for what's on your mind. This journal doesn't have to be fancy or expensive. It can simply be a notebook or even a folder on your word processor. In the future, when you read back through the pages you've written, you will discover something new about yourself that you didn't know before. You will see how wise you have become over time by learning from your experiences in life. The more you are able to educate yourself, (about anything), the more confident you will become in your knowledge of that topic. Herbs and oils have been an interest of mine for more years than I would like to say without revealing my age (ha ha!), however it has only been over the last 8-9 years that I had gotten serious enough to stick my nose in a book and teach myself about this interest of mine.  I still learn something new every time read up on a subject! Also, write in your journal when you "want" to. Don't make it an, "I-have-to-write-in-my-journal-today" everyday thing; otherwise it will become a resented chore rather than a pleasurable, peaceful time for you.

Now, on a different note...to believe that practical magick doesn't exist is practically silly! Folk Magick is exciting, rewarding, helpful, educational, serious and fun. Magick is also natural, meaning virtually every spell performed uses at least one, if not all, of the elements of our Earth. We all have unique and magickal qualities that make us special! I will share with you some simple spells that you can perform. If you have any questions, please feel free to just ask me! I hope you take time to read through that section of this web site, which I feel is very important in understanding what much of this system of belief is in regards to.

The tarot, astrology, runes and pendulums are only a few of the fortune telling devices used in the Craft. A Tarot reading properly performed can have a very positive influence on the client. Basically, a Tarot reading is about becoming more conscientious of what is or has been created by existing ways of thinking and your alternatives. The Tarot cards themselves are not “magickal” nor are they “evil,” and I don’t know how they work; they just do. My readings are authentic. My readings are also carried out under concern and consideration for my client as well as for his or her confidentiality. Actually, it seems like the less I know about you or your situation, the better my readings turn out. These are NOT computer-generated readings. This is the "real deal" from my deck. I do charge a fee, however you will not be disappointed in lieu of the plentiful information you will receive back. The reading will be written in a comprehensible way that anyone can understand.
