How To Make a Small Wav File
You will need two programs to complete this tutorial...
* Windows Sound Recorder
* HandyBits Voice Mail which you can download here for a 30day trial.
Lets Get Started:
Step 1
Open Handybits Voice Mail
Click on (1) and record

Step 2
Once you've finished recording your masterpiece
Click on save as (2)

Step 3
Open your Windows Sound Recorder
Open the wav file you just recorded in your handybits voice mail program.
Click Save as (3)

Step 4
Click on Change

Step 5
Choose MPEG Layer-3
Step 6
Choose 24kBits/s, 11,025 Stereo 3KB/s
Step 7
Click Ok

Step 8
Name your new wav file
Step 9
Save!

This should be a relatively smaller wav file!
