Staring out my window
What do I see?
A twinkling little star staring back at me.
What would it be, staring at me
but Jesus telling me what I should be?
I try to be cool
In and out of school
But everytime I do
I sink further down in the pool
Staring out my window
What do I see?
A twinkling little star staring back at me.
I look to the heavens
Maybe for an answer
But all I get are perfect sevens.
Jesus is telling me what I should be
Be clean, be neat, Believe in me!
I know now what I see,
Jesus's Angels watching over me!
