My Body for Life Journey

Thanks for stopping by. This site is dedicated to my quest for better health and fitness using the Body for Life Program.

I have done Body for Life in the past, but have never completed the entire 12 week program. My first taste of success using BFL was the summer of 2001 when I lost 20 pounds in 8 weeks. I don't know why I quit, but I did, and gained back the weight I had lost, plus 12 pounds. Last summer, I lost 13 pounds in 3 weeks on BFL, but put it back on and gained an additional 8 pounds. I've been stuck in the cycle of bad eating and working out sporadically ever since.

I am committed to completing a 12 week program and entering the Body for Life Challenge. I think officially entering the EAS Body for Life Challenge is just the kick in the pants I need. I will post my progress reports and pictures every four weeks so everyone can see how I'm doing and hopefully, my journey will inspire others along the way.
