I grew up overweight, and as time went on, I just got bigger and bigger.
At the age of 22, I was 240 lbs. I had to do something. A friend told me about the atkins diet. I did a ton of research.
2 years later I was 150-160 lbs and a size 12.
In the last 6 months I switched to a lowcal/lowfat/lowcarb way of eating, and I am now 135 pounds and a size 6.
I would like to lose 5 -10 more pounds and tone up some...
