How many times in your life have people lied to you? If it wasn't your enemies who lied to you, it may have been friends trying not to hurt your feelings, or family shielding you with the lies they were taught.
Would it hurt you to find that over half of your understanding of life is based on lies, both deliberate lies and lies based on ignorance. If the world of people had dedicated efforts to finding the truths about how to "BE" a human rather than just "DO" things in life, then perhaps when you asked for understanding the world would have been able to give it. That is, if it desired to do so.
Unfortunately, world management is all about money.
It's major social orders and customs are not concerned
about your advancement as a human, nor whether you
LIVE or DIE, as long as you continue to support the
current financial structure. The world government is
not interested in telling you the truth unless that
truth, but not the whole truth, can help to use and
abuse you for economic gain.
"Howbeit when he, the spirit
of truth, is come,
he will guide you into all truth" (St. John 16:13 KJV).
ALL THINGS HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING. There is a technology of the nature of all things that exist and all phenomena associated with things and events, including God.
From the beginning, the relationship of humans to our Creator has progressed through phases which leave behind humans who choose not to further advance their understanding. Many diverse religions are formed at levels of understanding and as a response to a particular approach of God. Yet many humans do not even seek a relationship with God, not because of a hard heart, but because they find "religions" to include spiritually illogical "laws" and contradicting customs. Not knowing God is bigger than any one religion; many believe God to be the religion.
Leaps of faith must have a strong foundation from which to leap from. Jesus told his disciples that he did not find so great a faith in Jerusalem as that of a certain Roman Centurion. Come with me to realize that the reason that Centurion had faith so great was not because he was religious, but because he understood authority and recognized it in Jesus. The keyword is "understood."
