360 degree Leadership Sometimes Christians make the mistake of thinking that serving God is limited to one narrow dimension of life-namely, church based ministry. But the Bible teaches us that Christ reigns supreme over all things. The way in which we express our commitment to Christ is not limited to one narrow angle of life, but is found in the entire circumfernce of human existence. Thus, we want to develop "360 Leaders" - leaders who take the whiole of Biblical teaching and apply it to the whole of life. Leaders who serve God effectively in everyl dimension of human society. Leaders who are committed to Biblical perspective on all of life. This holistic approach , this "360 Leadership", is the goal of the Kampong Cham Youth Ministry Partnership.
