A day we will never forget
for it was the day of heart break and mass tragedy
on that morning as everyone got ready for work or there trip no one knew just what lay ahead
but as everyone went on about there day
one person knew what was coming one person knew what was about to happen
and he was there in the towers he was at the pentagon and he was on the planes
he was there holding each person's hand and drying there tears
he opened the door and showed them the way home the way to heaven
he was with the friends family and loved ones of everyone who was lost that day to offer comfort

on that tragic day everyone's life changed
for that day everyone put there problems on hold
for everyone came together to help
to pray for the people who where lost for there family's and for the ones who where trapped
firemen police military and people from all over the world came together to help clean up and search for the ones who where trapped or missing
for some who wanted to be there to help but couldn't they prayed for everyone who was and for the familles of all
9/11/2001 was a date marked in history not only for the tragedy that happened but as the day the world united as one
for with one thing in mind the world came together to help clean up and repair a nation who's heart had just been broken

in memory of everyone lost on that day a candle has been lit in honor and memory of them as the eagle cry's there memory lives on as we pray for there familles friends and loved ones
and before you go to bed or leave for work or anything else tell those who are closes to you I love you for it might be the last time you see them
