The Herb Garden

Gardening has always been a hobby of mine...
But it wasn't until I discovered herbs that the exciting journey began. Every flower, every plant, even every weed you have ever known or seen has a purpose. I now find myself thinking and asking questions much more. How does this help, and why? Why have we not realized what are ancestors already knew? What's the difference between folklore and scientific knowledge? Should either of the two be held higher than the other?

The November 2003 study revealed that during episodes of acute seizure activity, Leonotis Leonurus was effective. Inasmuch, continual use proved to lessen as time passed in it's ability to stop seizure activity. It did show increased value as a nervine relaxant, adaptogen and demulcent.
