Greetings, my name is Matthew, and I am a Co-Dependant.

And I am lucky enough to be able to see that now, after an emotional trauma shook the foundations of my world and sent me out looking for the answer to 'why did this have to happen'?

During a recent reformat of my hard drive on December 11, 2002 I lost the entire contact group for the website as well as all the emails that I had received from visitors.  Because of this I am having to rebuild The Website group from scratch.  If you were previously in the group, please send me another email so that I can get you back into it!

Dear God, in my times of trial and in my everyday life, I pray for the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, I pray for the courage to change that which I can, and I pray for the wisedom to see the difference between the two...

And that is what this website is about.  It is my journal, my thoughts free written for all to see, in the hope that if you are also having a problem...if your life is something that you are less than happy living, then perhaps you can find something in my words that will help you.  Or maybe you hold the answers to something which you can see is bothering me, and would be kind enough to share them with me.

Bear in mind also, that the website is a work in progress, and as I progress, or trip and backslide, or find new insights into myself, I'll be be adding them to this place. 

On average, about 50 + people a day come thru here, many of them looking for changes I have made.  To make things easier for everyone, I have assembled a mailing list which I send out once a week with all the changes I have made in the site besides the entries I make in the journal.

If you would also like to be notified of when changes occur, then please click the link below.  It will generate an email to me and all you need to do is make sure it shows the address that you wish to receive the mailing at Nastgargoyle@yahoo.com.  I will add your name to my mailing list and then when changes occur , I will notify you of them.

I give you my word that your address will not be given to anyone else, will not be used in any promotional way, and that no-one else will be given your address without your express permission.  After all, I hate spam as much as you do probably, if not more.
