Before destroyed in the Beta Universe by Medallon's life force energy wave in 1584 BC (700AD), the Dark Spector, Ushari, swore that his death was only the beginning, and swore also that his heir would be unleashed in the year of 2003 AD (3017 AD), and that all life would exist in a new balance, that of pure domination and Absolute Monarchy. Ushari's life force scoured the universe and consciously concentrate itself within the abandoned Bandora Galaxy. He then forged his own life force into an energy sphere, and, in 3 AD (1019 AD), spawned a life form within it. He would call this being Unagi Garenth.

Unagi remained in an infant form through the ages, collecting energy from unsuspecting passersby for centuries. He knows what why he was born, and what he is destined for. Unagi gained intense telekinetic abilities and crushed civilizations with the blink of an eye. When he uses this ability as a means of communication with his Monarch forces, his voice is always deep and booming.

Unagu also gained the power to read everyone's mind at once, but only works if the mind is corrupted with evil. It was a key used to establish dominance in the United Alliance of Evil. When someone, even a Monarch, thinks out of line, he or she is punished with severe electrical surges to the brain and body.

For physical defense, Unagi can forge his tiny arms into massive tentacles that breach the sphere and strikes whatever is outside.

Unagi serves as the second Grand Monarch over the Dominion.
