§         Responsible for maintenance of Point of Sale systems including PC servers, cash     registers and scan guns. Troubleshoot to determine solution to each particular equipment issue.  This includes software and hardware applications.

§        Selected to be a member of the company server upgrade project team. Installation and configuration of various optional cards and upgrades. Installation of Windows NT operating systems as well as other peripherals such as printers, scanners & hubs. Connection and configuration to individual workstations and servers throughout the network.

§        Back Up to Support team. Travel to local stores to assist with equipment issues as needed.
