Common name: Cycad Blue.
Latin name: Chilades pandava pandava. Wingspan: about 2.63cm. Range: Sri Lanka to Myanmar (Burma) and Sundaland. Habitat: Forest fringe, secondary growth and gardens. Food plants: cycad (Cycas revoluta) and possibly a few other plant species. Note: The larvae are attended to by ants. (ID-CKM). |
