Ever try to put a dollar in a machine to buy a soda or some candy? A dollar machine likes nice new clean dollars.It doesn't want the ones that are torn,the dirty ones,the ones that have been crumbled up & folded & thrown around.
I thank God that he's not like a dollar machine!You may get cleaned up after him if that's your wish,but that's not required.

Now I'm sure you have been to a Christmas gathering or party before where a gift has ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR but yet the other person says something like "I can't accept this", or "You didn't have to do that." And you would have to explain to them "Take it !!! it's already been paid for" !!!!
That's like our salvation,we can't do anything extra on our part for it.We can't stop smoking or drinking,we can't change the way we look,or what we listen to,we can't join a church or get baptized.As a matter of fact we can't do anything on OUR PART.It's something that's already been paid for ("a gift") all we have to do is accept it.

Going to heaven is the easiest decision on earth & the most important one!
Mainly because of the other option !
There is no reason on earth for anyone to pay for their own sin when it's already been paid for.
