Rude & Despicable Bank Employees
Date: May 8, 2002
Introduction:
This webpage is all about customer dis-service especially in banks that we go to for transactions; only to be greeted by rude and nasty tellers who deliberately give you that "I don't want to serve you" look.
Bank tellers, and managers need to be reminded that customers who do banking within their branch are the ones paying their salary and not vice-versa; "you work for us, we don't work for you." Thus they would not have a job if it were not for us.
I post this webpage not to seek retribution or revenge. But to send a clear message that rudeness from both bank tellers and managers should not and will not be tolerated. The bank is HSBC located at 265 Broadway, in lower Manhattan zip code 10007. This may be a one-sided account, yet what is said is true.
This webpage is for those who has been in a similar sitituation that I've been in and hopefully this webpage would not be so offensive. Click on "Rude & Despicable Bank Employees"
