Graham Cake Made Easier

There has always been a misconception about making cakes, especially graham refrigerator cakes. A lot of people thought it was hard to do while some, especially budget conscious consumers, think that it is expensive and won’t fit their budget. But contrary to what other people believe, graham refrigerator cakes are easy to do and would easily fit within your budget. May this four-step graham cake recipe guide you in making graham refrigerator cakes easier.

You will need:
3 packs Graham Biscuits (1 pack contains approximately 30 crackers)
3 250-gram packs of all-purpose cream (chilled)
1 150-ml condensed milk
1 medium can of fruit cocktail (drained)

All you have to do is:
1. Combine the all purpose cream and condensed milk in a bowl. Mix well.
2. Layer the graham biscuits and the cream and condensed milk mixture alternately in a flat and rectangular container. The topmost layer must be covered with the combined mixture thickly.
3. Put fruit toppings on the topmost layer of the cake. Spread the fruit cocktail evenly on the top layer. You can also sprinkle some unsalted cashew nuts on top of the cake or sliced ripe mangoes instead of fruit cocktail as toppings.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for two hours. Serve and enjoy!

You can serve 7-8 persons for this recipe and would only need P300 for all the ingredients. So cast away all those “hard and expensive cake” ideas, go ahead and make that cake!
