"Mr. Spoon" was a guy was playing spoons near a shopping area downstairs in Penn Station. He was fun and like a hillbilly. He is a blur because he is moving very fast. The little black box is where you give him dollars and change. I am guessing that the stonework in the wall behind is from Holden's old Penn Station.
