Weight Watchers Apple Scallops

1 Point per serving

 

1 pound apples -- peeled and sliced thin

1/4 cup water

5 packages Equal sweetener

3/4 teaspoon brandy extract

3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

 

Prepare a casserole with low fat vegetable spray. Mix all ingredients, pour into casserole and bake 30 minutes at 350F or until tender.

Yield: 4 servings
