Pumpkin Pudding

A dear friend, Nancy, sent this to me in the fall and it is wonderful. Very low points, very high fiber and what a treat! Hope you enjoy
1 box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding (I have substituted butterscotch pudding and it is good too)
1 cup skim milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
Combine puddinhg mix and milk in a mixing bow; beat well; add pumpkin and spices (I have also substituted pumpkin pie spice for the three in the recipe). Mix well. Pour into individual custard dishes. Chill until set!
*Enjoy ... I think it works out to be about 1 point per 1/4 of recipe.
