No-Bake Corn Flake Pie Crust With Pudding Filling

3 Points Per Serving
3 cups wheat bran flakes -- crushed
2 tablespoons splenda
4 tablespoons cream cheese, fat free\
nonstick cooking spray
1 package pudding, jello fat free, sugar free -- * see note
1 3/4 cups skim milk
1 cup Cool Whip Lite
Grind corn flakes ( I used Kellogg's Complete Wheat Bran Flakes, they are higher in fiber and turned out almost like a granola) in a food processor. Add splenda (using sugar would add 2 points to the total) and process until mixed. Add 1/2 the cream cheese and process, add the remaining cream cheese and process. Spray 9" pie plate with nonstick cooking spray and press the crumbs into a crust. I wet my fingers a little to keep it from sticking. Chill before adding a filling. Mix together Jello Fat Free, sugar free instant pudding with skim milk and wisk for 2 minutes. Pour into crust and chill.
Makes 4 servings. Serve each piece with 1/4 cup (4 Tablespoons) of Cool Whip Lite.
Each serving, 1/4th of the pie, is 3 points.

*Change the pudding to 2 boxes and 2 3/4 cups of skim milk for a fuller pie. Spread the 1 cup of Cool Whip Lite on entire pie before cutting.
Each serving, 1/8th of the pie is 2 points calories - 124.4 fat - .4 fiber - 2.5
I used White Chocolate pudding and it is very good.
