Fair Chocolate Muffins

These muffins were made for the WW booth at the Del Mar Fair in San Diego, California. Enjoy.

1 box lowfat brownie mix

2 1/2 c. unprocessed bran

1 cup Orange juice or apple juice

Spray mini muffin tins. Mix all ingrediants together. (add 1/3 cup water if too thick). Bake 10-12 minutes. 375 º

48 mini muffins = 1 point (2 muffins)

24 regular muffins = 1 point each
