Chocolate-Maple Brandy Balls

2 Points Per Serving

 

1 package Jello sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix -- (4 serving size)

2/3 cup Carnation nonfat dry milk powder

6 tablespoons purchased graham cracker crumbs -- or

6 (2 1/2 inch) graham crackers -- made into fine crumbs

6 tablespoons Cary's sugar free maple syrup

1 teaspoon brandy extract

 

"As the holidays approach, it's important not to fell deprived of seasonal goodies. Now, with Healthy Exchanges treats like this one you never have to feel that way again! Remember, brandy extract contains no real liquor, so even your children can enjoy these tasty bite-size balls."

1. In a medium bowl, combine dry pudding mix, dry milk powder, and graham cracker crumbs. Add maple syrup and brandy extract. Mix gently to combine. Place waxed paper on a cookie sheet. Roll mixture into 12 balls and arrange on cookie sheet. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. . Freezes well.

HINT: If mixture is too dry, add a few drops of water at a time until mixture is the right consistency to roll into balls.
