Bountiful Blueberry bread (Bread Machine)

1 cup water

2 tablespoons water

1/4 cup egg beaters 99% egg substitute

1/2 cup preserves -- blueberry

4 cups bread flour

3 tablespoons dry skim milk

1 1/4 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon yeast

1/3 cup dried fruit -- blueberry

put in all but dried blueberries. use sweet or basic/white setting. medium or light color. add blueberries at beep cycle or 5 minutes before last kneading cycle ends. bake and remove to cool on rack
