Blueberry Apple Tortillas

1 (21 oz) can apple pie filling and topping

1 cup fresh or frozen, thawed, blueberries

1 tsp. Vanilla extract

2 TBS sugar

1/2 tsp. Ground cinnamon

6 Fat Free flour Tortillas (7 inch)

2 TBS low fat margarine, melted


In a medium saucepan over medium low heat, heat apple filling until warm. Stir in blueberries and vanilla. Cover to keep warm. In a medium bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon until combined. Set aside. Brush each tortilla with melted margarine. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture. Divide fruit into 6 equal parts and spread down the center of each tortilla. Fold.
