Banana Foster

3 Points per serving


1/2 Banana

1 Tbs. light butter

1 Tsp. Sugar

Fat Free Cool Whip

Vanilla, carmel or rum extract (optional)


Melt butter and sugar in fry pan until blended. Cut banana in half long way and saute each side until just light brown. Transfer to plate-mix sauce and add vanilla, carmel, or rum extract (2-3 drops) to sauce (optional) and pour over banana. Add a dollup of Fat-free Cool Whip. A great sweet dessert.
