Applesauce Gelatin Squares

1 Point per serving


4 Pkgs. (3 oz. each) sugar-free raspberry gelatin (or flavor of your choice)

4 C. Boiling water

1 1/2 C. Cold water

1 Jar (46 oz.) unsweetened applesauce


In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water and applesauce. Pour into a 13"x9" dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Cut into squares.
