Apple Pita Pie

2.5 Points Per Serving
One baking appled peeled and sliced
1/8-1/4 tsp cinnamon
One packet sweetener
One (1 oz.) pita
1 tsp reduced calorie margarine
In small bowel, mix apple cinnamon and sweetener. Slice open pita bread and stuff with apple mix. Drop margarine in several small pieces into pita. Wrap pita in foil. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
Makes one serving.
Other types of fruit can also be used. I have used peaches, blackberries and plums. With the blackberries you have to add 1 tbsp of flour because of the juciness of the berries which makes the points 3.
