Broccoli Mountain High

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise -- (ultra light Miracle Whip) 2 tablespoons white vinegar 1 tablespoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon celery seed 6 cups broccoli -- slaw mix 1 large red apple -- unpeeled, cored, and diced 1 cup grated carrots 4 turkey bacon slices -- cooked and chopped into small pieces
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and celery seed. Refrigerate until ready to use. In a large bowl, toss together broccoli slaw mix, apple, carrots, and cooked bacon. Add dressing and mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving

NOTES : This is a really good recipe! It is from the new book . It is a great book and well worth buying. I will leave this as one point because you don't count the broccoli, or carrots here, the bacon and the mayo is what counts...anyone thinks any different, let me know and I'll change it. :))
