Pork Fried Rice

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 cups cooked rice -- cold 4 green onions -- chopped 1/4 head Chinese cabbage 1/2 teaspoon ginger 3/4 cup egg beaters® 99% egg substitute 1/4 pound pork roast -- diced 2 teaspoons equal® sweetener -- spoonable 1/2 cup parsley -- chopped vegetable cooking spray
Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add onions and rice. When well heated add cabbage and fry for 5 minutes. Add pork and spices. Stir well and make hole in center. Add Egg Beaters. Fry 3 minutes and mix into rice. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
