Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, heat peas, green beans, carrots and tomatoes in separate large saucepan while pasta is cooking. Mix in pasta and heat through. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Garnish with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
