This Chapter covers my entire contact with Dorothy in advance, from start to finish, and shows you events out of sequence from the rest of the Chapters that stayed in Chronological order. This Chapter covers events that ocurred behind the scenes during the time that Chapters 8, 9 and 10 were playing out in the Awards Forum. Chapter Ten picks up where Dorothy left off here. Dorothy was the one that triggered my removal. It actually leads right up to my removal (and a bit beyond), even though my actual removal doesn't pick up in the Forum until Chapter Ten (three Chapters later).

Btw, pilotchase, I moved your personal fundraising page to Regional/North_America/United_States/Illinois/Localities/W/Wyoming.
The description for the category it was in, Arts/Television/Networks/PBS/PBS_Programs, states:
"Television Programs airing on (or have aired) or available to American PBS Network."
I'm sure your program pages, should you create them, could live under PBS quite nicely. As it stands, your page does not belong under PBS Programs.
I wrote those Descriptions she is referring to. I don't like writing those things, and only did to try to prevent those "WWF" Sites from coming in. Sure enough, the only Page Descriptions I ever wrote, and they use them against me.
I then rewrote the PBS descriptions again to include my show (not just "past" shows), and moved it back. By the way, here's her e-mail to me she sent after she posted publicly in the Forum for everyone to see what she did to my page.

To: richardHello. I have moved your website back to Regional. I would suggest that you not move it again. There is no program information included on your page yet, so it does not qualify for being listed under PBS Programs.
As I stated in the forum, if and when you decide to put up information about the programs, it will probably qualify for the PBS category.
My honest advice to you would be to read the guidelines very carefully. You are unfortunately giving the appearance that your main goal for being an editor is for some personal gain. This is not a good thing. ODP is a huge project and everyone should be here for the greater goal of making this the most comprehensive directory.
Again, please read the guidelines. I'm always available if you have questions.
Thanks,
Jeanie - meta editor

If only Webmasters realize that ODP Editors can store comments that are permenantly listed with their Websites for ALL ODP Editors to see whenever the Website is resubmitted later and such. This means for example, if a Website sucked due to dead links or lame graphics, and the ODP Editor turned it down and stated it sucked in the comments, if the Webmaster were to spend six months reorganizing it and rebuilding it from scratch making it absolutely beautiful, then resubmit it to the ODP Search Engines, the new Editor will still see in the Editing Notes the comment from the previous Editor "This Site Sucks" posted six months before. Wow. Bias.
The following are the actual Permenant Editing Notes listed under my Page in the ODP.

This page is not about shows on PBS. This is a fundraising and information personal page from an editor hoping to get some shows aired on PBS. Sending to Regional: North America: United States: Illinois: Localities: W: Wyoming
Why would she want to send a "FundRaising" Website for a PBS Program to a Regional Folder only of importance to one single town? FundRaising Websites have their own Folders elsewhere, and considering it is a FundRaising Website for a PBS Program, shouldn't it go under PBS Programs (they rejected it for the category I first wanted, the actual content of the program)? Why would she want to place a "Personal Page" under Regional for one single town? Personal Pages have their own Folders elsewhere. This Website has nothing to do with the town, other than it had a contact address based from the town. A "contact" address does NOT make a Website Regional.

This is NOT Regional. It's National, as evident by the fact that people from all across the country, including Canada, are supporting it. I've been to every page.

I'm sure you've been to every page, since it is YOURS. This has virtually NO information about programs for PBS. Unless and until the site provides INFORMATION about PBS Programs, it does not belong in the PBS Programs category. You are asking for funds to be sent to you at your local address. Thusly and thereforely, this site is going back to Regional: North America: United States: Illinois: Localities: W: Wyoming. The title is also not "Two New Television Dramas" -- it is "Help Fund a Science-Fiction Television Series" The description states "Independent website devoted to raising production funds for two PBS weekly dramatic television series." This qualifies it as a personal home page.
How does "Independent website devoted to raising production funds for two PBS weekly dramatic television series." qualify it has a Personal Page? The PBS part? The Television part? Maybe it was the FundRaising part? Independant doesn't mean "personal".
She just confirmed that she KNEW it was MY Page. Which means she went through all my 65 PBS Programs listed, found mine, went through the Website, found my name, searched through my Editing Records, found my name again, and made the connection. I never identified the page as mine anywhere. Only my co-editor knew it was mine when he found a secondary page I had listed temporarily in "unreviewed" for a few days many months before (which I never listed). What was she looking for when she discovered all of this? Was it just a coincidence? Luck maybe?
I never identified it as my local address. It is NOT where I live. It was a P.O.Box Business Contact Address to send money and correspondance. She's guessing. And people guessing about me and my project is the biggest problem I have getting it going, because they make no effort to find the truth, and overlay their imagination over reality. I have never received a letter from anyone where I personally lived about this (because they have nothing to do with it). I HAVE however received contact through mail from people in Canada and Florida. It's NOT Regional. Otherwise, using her argument, ANY Website that has ANY contact information on it ANYWHERE would ALL be placed under Regional Folders. I guess this would place the Toy Company Kenner under Regional/Ohio instead of "Toys", because they have their contact address posted everywhere, including on the toy packages.

This is NOT Regional, MORONS!!!!! For God's Sakes, the NAACP, the Associated Press, the L.A. Times, and every God Damn PBS Station in the entire United States knows about this. Leave it where I had it. It is NOT a Fan Page. You're wrong about the title, anyway. You don't even know what you're talking about.
Okay, I shouldn't have used the word "Moron", but I was upset. Dorothy's completely wrong with it being a Personal Page and a Regional Page, as I explained in detail as to why. This also occurred AFTER the "Dyke Site" (Dyke TV) was reposted under PBS by an Editall just to screw with me (see Chapter Nine).

Further more, it's only temporary until the real Dot-Com comes through, as stated somewhere on the Website. It clearly says PBS Stations have agreed to air it.

This is NOT a "Personal Page", as evident by the Fact that PBS Stations have agreed to air the program.

he is changing the title...sigh...let's leave it in unreviewed until he decides what he's doing.
I admit, I changed the title to fit. I wanted it under "Science-Fiction", but they rejected it (prior to my becoming an Editor), so I changed the title to get it to fit under "PBS", but forgot to change the title on the Site itself because I've been spending my time building the pages for a completely over-hauled version of it with its own URL. I was more concerned with the title of the NEW Site, since this old one would only be listed temporarily.
And my e-mail back to her. Note that I explained in details as to why she was wrong. What else was I suppose to do? Let her have her way, even if she's wrong? She never gave any explanations, but when I do, I get kicked out?

References: 1You touch my Page again, I'm throwing a shoe at you. If it was for Personal Gain, why is it hidden within a list of 64 other PBS programs, that is being expanded all the time? It would have instead been posted up as "Cool Site", wouldn't it?
It is because of that Website and my experience with PBS in trying to get the show going that I was accepted as the Editor for the PBS Categories.
You want to know more about the show? You send me $10,000 so I can get everything Copyrighted, Trademarked, and legally protected, and I'll post it up. The new Website that is built has this information on it, and I am waiting for the URL to come through. It's listed only temporarily. Leave it alone.
Was that you who was a smart-ass and listed "Dyke TV" in there, too?
The duplicate listings
[that VoiceRoy was complaining about] are going to be taken care of, but my computer is limited on its capabilities and is not easy keeping more than one Window open to find the duplicates to @LInk to.And you don't need to make mention of you moving my pages around in the Awards Nominations. I only mentioned it because more than three people have been doing stuff since I pointed out my Pages.
I'm pulling out of it. I expect you too to stop making comments there.
Richard.

If you can get my Site listed under "Science-Fiction", I'll pull it out of PBS.
Richard.
At which point I discovered my page disappeared.

Where'd my Page Go? Can you get it listed under Science-Fiction?
Richard.
Other that the joke about throwing my show at her, I gave actual reasons and explanations, both here, and in the Page's permenant Editing Comments for the Site that only ODP Editors can see. I HAD to post an explanation there in the comments as well, because she had posted her lamo comments with nothing backing up her opinions. Doesn't Facts usually outweigh opinions? Well, not if you're an Editall. Editall's ideas and opinions hold greater weight than the truth, Facts, and common sense. And it took me awhile to realize that Dorothy was in Editall Editor.

To quote someone famous, "If you don't like how we are listing this, we can delete it." Do NOT move this again. Do NOT threaten me in e-mail again
If it wasn't by luck that I happened to be online at the very moment to find she had deleted my Site and put the above comment in, I would have otherwise never have seen it (since they never tell you anything). I was only able to access it long enough to read it, and try to list it again, again explaining in detail as to why she was wrong. But when I clicked "Update", it wouldn't take my commands. It was here that I discovered my Categories had been removed... in the middle of an Edit!
