I made a graphic combining two pictures of the caves Jean used to describe Jon's home and Ayla's home (with Clan, not VOH). Symbolizing her move from her past to her future I guess . . .

The Clan's cave in real life is actually located in modern day Iraq and called "Shanidar". However, it is the cave Jean used to describe the Clan's home and is also the cave where "Creb" & "Iza" were found.

The skeletons are called "Shanidar I" (Creb) and "Shanidar IV" (Iza) by the scientists who are studying them. Anyway, I combined the images to show Ayla's transition. Also, don't forget Creb's own ancestor's used to live in the "Ninth Cave" before the "Other's" came . . .
