Romans 1:18-32 will give some background to the following verse
Romans 1:27 "In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflmaed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and recieved in themselves the due penalty for their perversion."
Leviticus 18:22 "Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable."
The Bible speaks of sexual immorality throughout the Bible. Sexual immorality contains pre-marital sex, homosexuality, adultery, sex with animals, etc.
God also talks about love. No one deserves to die because of their lifestyle. But it is wrong, and they must repent of it. Like those who are alcoholics, drug abuser, rapists, liars, cheaters all need to repent of their sin. Nobody is perfect and God recognizes that. Through Jesus we can find salvation and hope.
What really irritates me are those people who use the Bible as a justification for gay-bashing. God does not stand for violence. The people who judge others based on their lifestyle are also wrong. God is the one true judge.
The Bible is filled with all sorts of answers to all sorts of questions.
