A Friend's Story
A friend of my family, needed to move across Chicago. She went into a Uhaul center and rented a truck. She drove it to her Apartment. She loaded it. Then it wouldn't start. She called customer service. They told her "Sorry but you're sixth in line. Are you in a dangerous neighborhood?" she told them "No" they responded "Well then it's not an emergency, you'll just have to find another way." She was then hung up on by the Uhaul help line. After that they kept trying to jump start the truck and after several hours if finally started. With NO HELP FROM Uhaul.
