For all those that have Auctions that I'm Currently Running or Bidding on:

In the event that I win one of your Auction(s), or better yet,
You win one of Mine, and You try to contact Me by E-Mail,
I'm occassionaly out of town on business and not always available everyday.

Please DO NOT Post Negative Feedback just because I don't respond Instantly to you.

I will respond back A.S.A.P. when I get back into town.
(I'll be able to respond instantly when I either get my old laptop screen repaired or buy a good new/used one.)

Also, Auction guidelines state that must give the buyer/seller
at LEAST 3 days before posting any type of negative feedback.

The longest it ever takes me to respond is about 3 days
(5 days MAX, but that's a very rare occurence!),

I'm not usually gone longer than that and if I'm going to be gone longer,
I make SURE that I have access to the Internet.

I'm a Very Honest person and I ALWAYS follow through with ANY auctions that I'm involved with.

All of the Items I am selling are all from My Personal Collection
and I am NOT a book or toy dealer either.
I have just been collecting various items (RPG's, Comics, Music, Toys, etc.)
for the last 25 years or so and I'm just getting rid of a lot of stuff
that I either no longer want, don't have the room for or have duplicates of.

I also listed my mailing address down below for reference.

Please ask ALL questions pertaining to:
Shipping Prices, Shipping IN Country, Shipping OUT Of Country, Packaging,
Payment Types that I currently accept, etc... BEFORE the Auction Closes.

NOTE: Due to problems with various people NOT completing
their Transaction(s) in a Timely Manner;
I will now only hold the Item(s) in question for a period of 1 week/7 Working Days while awaiting your payment.

If for some reason your payment will be late,
PLEASE notify me well ahead of time.

After the 1 week/7 Working Days have passed
and I have still not received your payment,
I will then try to contact you via email one final/last time to complete the transaction.

After the final 10 days and I still have not received your payment
or heard any word back from you,
I will then have no choice but to re-list the item, as well as having to leave either
Neutral/Negative Feedback for you with a note about Your NON-Payment for others to see.

I currently have OVER 18 people that STILL have NOT paid me
for OVER 18 Months now
and dealing with all these Deadbeat Bidders just becomes extremely too time-consuming,
and it also hurts the people that actually want to purchase the items.
 
Once again, I'm truly sorry, but it has to be done this way.

Please keep in mind that if you do win one of my items and for some
strange reason
you can't follow through with the purchase, by all means, PLEASE contact me ASAP
as I'm sure we can work something out. I would much rather try to work something out with you
than to have to leave negative feedback against you and report you for online fraud.

I am truly willing to work with people, as I know that sometimes
unseen circumstances beyond our control do occur.

Q: What payment types do I currently accept?
A: I currently accept the following payment types:
 
POSTAL MONEY ORDERS
 
(Convenience Store Money Orders/Travelers Express Money Orders)
(will be NOT accepted under ANY circumstances.)
(I'm truly Sorry, but I've been hit with DOZENS of FAKE ones so far.)
 
CERTIFIED BANK DRAFTS
 
(MUST be from a USA 48 States Based Bank ONLY)
 
CASH IN US FUNDS
 
(I HIGHLY recommend sending it well concealed)
(and sending it Return Receipt, for your safety.)
 
PERSONAL CHECKS
 
(Must be from a USA 48 States Based Bank ONLY and a copy of)
(Your Drivers License MUST be included for verification.)
 
YAHOO PAYDIRECT
 
(I personally do NOT like dealing with YAHOO PAYDIRECT for the smaller items,)
(but I WILL make exceptions for the larger priced items only
unless you agree to pay the fee that Yahoo charges for their service, sorry.)
 
PAYPAL
 
(I also do NOT like dealing with PAYPAL for the smaller items,)

Q: What shipping methods do I currently use?
A: I currently use the following shipping methods:
 
I prefer to use the USPS (United States Postal Service)
Priority Shipping WITH Delivery Confirmation regardless of the item's weight or size.
Priority Shipping prices do vary due to size and weight, so please keep that in mind.
 
I just prefer to use the USPS as both you and I can track the package
online instantly to see it's whereabouts and make sure it's on it's way to you.
 
If you would prefer that I ship the item(s) to you with FedEx or UPS,
I will gladly quote you a price for the shipping with them.

Q: Will you sell and ship items internationally?
A: YES, (unlike other sellers), I WILL ship/sell to people in other countries.
 
I WILL sell to and ship items to people in other countries.
But please keep in mind that I will ONLY use
the USPS' Global Priority Shipping Rates
and I will only accept the payment in either
CASH in US FUNDS or a POSTAL MONEY ORDER.

Also, I will not ship anything to other countries without insuring
the item first, which the buyer MUST agree to pay at least HALF
of the price of the insurance, BEFORE the item will be shipped.

You will also be responsible for any and all taxes that your country
may charge for the items to be sent to you from the USA, as I do know
that Canada charges Taxes on the value/price of the items,
and I have NO control over that, sorry.

Q: Are there any payment types you do NOT accept?
A: Currently I do NOT accept payments that are sent as:

Grocery/Conveinence Store purchased Money Orders
These will NOT be accepted in ANY WAY!

If you send one, I WILL return it back to You
AND the Item(s) WILL be Re-Listed AND You WILL be Blacklisted.
I'm sorry, but so far I've been hit with OVER 18 Fake Money Orders
(Almost all of these have been the - Travelers Express - type,
which can be easily faked with a good laser printer).

I am Truly Sorry that I have to have all these Stipulations/Requirements,
but with all the Deadbeats that I've been encountering, it MUST be done.

The FTC ----- The FCC
The BBB ----- FRAUD.org
The Louisiana State Police Department
and to My Personal Attorney as well.
I'm really tired of dealing with all the Deadbeats
who seem to have nothing better to do than messing around
with honest hardworking people's auctions.
