Here I am in New York again. God, I love this place! Here's my plan for the next few years. Go to Gainesville for my bachelor's degree, then back here for my master's and PhD at NYU, then to some crazy place like Alaska. I don't understand why people don't like Alaska. I mean, I've never been there, but I like the idea of it. It just sounds like such an amazing place.
Anyhow, back to the city. As usual, I'm staying at my aunt's place. We went to this wonderful sushi restaurant tonight. She goes just about every thursday, so all the chefs know her; they're very nice. We do the thing where you just sit down and let the chef feed you whatever. It's great. I sometimes don't have a clue what I'm eating, but at least you never get the same thing twice.
You know, it honestly offends me when people say they don't like Manhattan. I mean, I don't get hostile or anything, but it just offends this part of me that will always call New York home.
