It’s Friday morning. I have been doing laundry all evening. I washed all of the onesies and the babies coming home outfit, crib sheets, wash clothes, etc. It was kinda fun.
I haven’t been sleeping well lately. I’m a little restless. Maybe that means that the baby will be coming soon! Oh yea, by the way, I haven’t had the baby yet! I am going to be 39 weeks on Monday, and I hope to go into labor before then. My feet are killing me!! They’re swollen about 4 times their normal size, but the midwives tell me this is normal. Is it normal to walk around on these big fat cushiony feet when every step feels like you’re walking on bee stings? Well I guess it is…
We have finished painting the living room, it is a beige-ish color with eggshell white trim and woodwork. We went to Ikea and bought a couch and some big black and white photographs. It’s starting to actually look pretty decent in here.
I have begun painting the kitchen—which I PROBABLY should have held off on, cause now the swelling in my feet and legs is so bad I can barely keep up with the dishes, let alone painting the cabinets and all of that junk. Anyways, We’re painting the kitchen this pretty light greyish blue with offwhite cabinets and blue doors. I want to get some offwhite curtains for that room, but I’d rather have a living room curtain first.
I am so tired of being pregnant!!! I just want it overwith!!!! Goodnight.
