Silent Tears
Cant anyone see?
Cant anyone hear?
Im crying inseide and yelling for help
Does anyone care?
Does anyone feel?
The pain, the hurt thats deep down with in at times
I feel so alone like noone understands or cares
Will i ever get free?
Will anything change?
Or will i still have to cry
my Silent Tears.
