Love Is In The Air, Parts 1-4

A/N: This is a romantic story, not intended for children.

Also one more thing I have to say before we begin, this is H/H/R 7th year at Hogwarts, towards the end. Harry isn't dating anyone, and at the beginning of our story, Hermione and Ron are dating. There are a few things in here DEFINITLY NOT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN and a good many plot twists.

Love is in the Air Part One

Harry walked down the corridor and scrambled into the Gryffindor common room.

There, at the end of the room, sat Hermione and Ron. He couldn't stand to see them together, although they were all still friends.

He decided not to think about it and start working on Snape's homework. Although he didn't want to do it, one wrong answer would mean an F from Snape.

He was so tired after Quidditch practice that he barely could stay awake. He glanced up as Ron approached him. He glanced down to the table where they were sitting and saw Hermione had left. "Harry we have to talk," Ron said as he took a seat next to Harry.

"What about?" he asked sheepishly.

"Harry, Hermione, she's, she's pregnant," Ron said staring blankly at the floor. "And she...she broke up with me. I don't know why... she is carrying my baby...or is she? She didn't tell me if it was mine or not. She just said she was pregnant and that she didn't think we should see each other any more. Then she told me she had to study for exams tomorrow and that she had to go to bed early, then she left! Harry, what should I do? She was everything to me...my reason for living. Now she could be carrying my child and she breaks up with me!!!!!!!!!"

"Ron, I think Hermione's right, you should sleep on it. We'll talk in the morning."

"Oh, O.k. Sure we'll talk about it tomorrow." he said timidly.

Harry was also exhausted so he walked slowly up the stairs to their bed chambers behind Ron. He felt really bad now, so as soon as heard Ron snoring, he grabbed his father's Invisibility Cloak and snuck out of their chamber.

When he reached the common room, there was only one person left. It was Hermione. Her head was between her knees and she was crying.

Harry walked over to her and sat next to her for a minute, hoping to hear something that she wouldn't normally say in front of Harry.

She did nothing except cry so Harry went back over to the stairs where he took off the Invisibility Cloak. She didn't notice him, her head still between her knees.

"Harry!" she cried, but she still didn't know he was there.

"Yes," he said approaching her, his voice was manlier than last year and he had grown a good foot, from 5 to 6 feet tall.

She looked up in a flash and saw him coming towards her. "Oh my, you're here! How long have you been here?"

"A few seconds," he lied now standing only a foot away from her.

"Sit, sit down!" she said almost excited to have some company. She quickly brushed her arm over her face so he could not see her tears, but they both knew he had seen them.

"Ron told me, Hermione, I know. Is the child...is it mine?" he asked.

"Yes, Harry, the child is yours," she said. She buried her face into his cloak as she began sobbing again. "Harry, what about Ron? Won't he hate you if he knows that we will be together? Will he hate me, too?"

"Probably, Herm, but we can't do anything about that! YOU ARE CARRYING MY CHILD AND WE NEED TO BE TOGETHER NOW AND NO ONE CAN STOP US, NOT EVEN...NOT EVEN RON!"

"Oh, Harry..." Hermione cried as they held each other there, each worrying about the future...what Ron would do...how they would live.

Harry Potter and Love is in the Air Part Two

A/N: This isn't as...sexy...as Part One.

Ron woke up to feel the sun shining brightly on his face. He opened his eyes to slits and glanced around the room. Neville was still sleeping...but other than that everyone was gone.

He crawled out of his bed. He shook Neville until he woke up and they got dressed and hurried down to the common room.

Ron started glancing around to see if he saw Harry or Hermione. Not there. He crawled out into the corridor and rushed down to breakfast.

Hermione was reading The Daily Prophet and Harry was reading his Quidditch book named 'Most Recent Advances in Quidditch for Seekers' while eating a bagel.

"Hey Harry, ready for the big game?" Ron asked as he fell onto the chair right next to Harry.

"Quidditch?" Harry asked sarcastically.

"No, soccer!" Ron joked back.

He now glanced to Harry's left side. "Oh, hey Hermione." Ron said shyly.

Hermione folded the paper and looked over at Ron. "Ron, we have to talk."

"About what?" he asked.

"Listen guys, I gotta go. You know being the captain of the Quidditch team I have to be there a few minutes early. Have a good day," he said racing out of the hall.

"So, what did you want to talk to me about?" Ron asked again.

"Later," Hermione said getting up and leaving herself. Ron just sat there, barely nibbling at his toast.

Harry Potter and Love is in the Air Part 3

A/N: This chapter, you'll like it. Well, I hope you do! BTW, to those who really pay attention, Part 1 was from Harry's point of view, Part 2 from Ron's, and now it's Hermione's turn. ENJOY!

Here is the story-

Hermione took her seat at Harry's Quidditch Match. The match was the biggest of the year, for the cup or something. (Quick a/n- this is from Herm's point of view, k?) She glanced over at the other side of the stadium. Krum! What was he doing here? And why was he sitting with the Slytherins? She got up just as Ron sat down right next to the seat previously occupied by her.

She didn't notice Ron gloomily looking down at his shoes. In fact, she didn't notice him at all! She made her way through the crowd and ran over to where Krum was sitting. She sat down next to him and said, "Hey, stranger!"

"'ell, whaddaya know? The 'evil herself!" he said jokingly as he gave her a **friendly** kiss on the cheek. "Haven't seen ya in ages!"

"What are you doing here?" she asked him.

"'re ya 'iddin me? 'arry Potter's last Quidditch match 'ver? Ya know he was the youngest Quidditch player for ages 'ere at Hogwarts! 'e's famous!" he said.

"But why were you sitting with the 'SLYTHERINS'?" she protested.

"'orry, didn't know which was which." he said shyly.

"Listen, I gotta go back to the Gryffindor side. See ya." she said getting up and pushing Slytherins out of her way(quite happily).

"Bye," he said to her sadly.

When she got over to the other side, Ron was just jumping with questions. "What’s he doing here? It's not his child, is it? Why is he rooting for ~them~? What were you talking about with him? Hermione! What did you wanna talk to me about before?"

"Be quiet, Ron. I need some peace. Look the game is starting. Hey, Ginny," she said now turning her attention to her best friend, Ginny.

"And they're up, haha, take that you nasty Slytherins," Neville roared into the microphone. Danielle Rosmyer from Gryffindor had scored against the Slytherins.

Pretty soon, Hermione was totally secluded from the game and from Neville. Then something caught her eye. She looked around. Ron had left, she knew, but now the stadium was totally secluded except for Ginny, Harry, and herself.

Harry soared towards Hermione and Ginny. He landed his broom a bench below them. "Hermione, come on board!" he said beaming. She swung her leg over her broom and they did a victory lap around the stadium. "I caught the snitch right after they scored their first point. Malfoy was paying more attention to Gladdis Humdun who just scored that he didn't even notice the snitch right above his head! Well, I showed him. I grabbed it right under his nose and we won! Herm, that was my last Quidditch match here at Hogwarts!" they landed swiftly on the ground and Hermione gave him a hug before he disappeared into the shadows of the locker room.

***********************************************************************

Hermione sat flipping through her new book, 'A Revised Hogwarts, Four Houses of Mystery'. She wasn't really into the book, come to think of it, she wasn't into anything right now. She just wanted to sit and think. The librarian made sure Hermione knew that she had been in there for 3 hours, but Hermione didn't care. Then Ron came in.

"Ron, I don't feel like talking much," Hermione said bitterly as Ron entered.

"Oh fine then, don't mind me, the father of your child!"(A/N- Ron still thinks this child is his, this has nothing to do with who the real father is, or does it???) Ron snapped as he took a seat directly across from her.

Just then, Malfoy and Neville walked behind Ron, smiling the whole time at Hermione.

A/N: IS THAT NOT A CLIFF HANGER?!

Harry Potter and Love is in the Air Part Four

A/N: From Hermione and Harry's POV because this is their biggest chapter yet.

Hermione walked down the corridor to the Gryffindor tower. When she reached the common room, she could barely stand to look at Ron. Her eyes teared up and she raced to her room.

She had brought extra food from the cafeteria. She didn't want to look like a pig, but she was eating for two now.

She sat on her bed and wrote a letter to her parents.

Dear mum and dad,

Hogwarts is great, as usual. Something very...unusual happened in the last week or two. I need to speak with you here as soon as possible. Getting straight A's for you!

Love, Hermione

She folded the paper and put it into a neat envelope. She wrote To: Mum and Dad From: Hermione on the front.

She put it into her robe as she raced down to the common room. She glanced once more at Ron before racing up to the Owlery. She found a school bird and tied the letter to its leg.

She walked back to the common room and sat in the corner until Ron went to bed.

She walked over to Harry. Most of the people were gone, except for the Weasley twins, who were plotting to get Snape in Potions the next day.

The cracked up and strode up the steps to bed.

"Harry," she cried into his robes. "Harry, you must come with me when I tell my parents."

"Hermione, I've been thinking. We have to get married. After we graduate. I won't go to college, I'm sure I can get a job on a Quidditch team or something. You can go to college and I'll take care of the child. Hermione, I am sure of what I just said. You aren’t going to talk me out of it."

"Harry, Ron..." were the last words out of her mouth before she drifted asleep. Harry picked her up and took her up the steps to her bedding chamber. He quietly opened the door and laid her in her bed. He looked down at her, so sweet, so innocent, about to have his child. He kissed her on her forehead and quietly walked to bed.

************

The next morning, Harry got changed quickly and went down to the Great Hall for breakfast. All the owls came in and delivered their mail. Harry got ads for various wizard colleges that he got everyday. He didn't save them any more. He ripped them to shreds and threw them away. Today, he got a letter from Sirius-

Dear Harry,

Haven't talked to you since Thanksgiving! How was the final Quidditch match? I heard you beat Malfoy! Congratulations! Have you decided about a college yet? Send me an owl back.

Love from Sirius

He had gotten nice business cards once he started his own business. He had built a shop in Hogsmead once the Ministry cleared his name. It was called 'Sirius Gift's'. They had gifts and jewelry and candy and loads of other things that Harry always got for Christmas or his birthday.

Hermione was calling Harry to look at her note from her parents. He stuffed the letter from Sirius into his robes and decided to write him later.

Hermione handed the letter to Harry. He opened it and looked at it.

Dear Hermione,

We are so glad you are keeping your grades high! You are sure to get into any college of your choice at this rate! About this very 'unusual' event you need to talk to us about, we'll be there this weekend. Have a nice week, see you Friday!

Love, Mum and Dad

Hermione sobbed into Harry's sleeve. "I can't do it, Harry. I am emotionally beat up! I have to go to Dumbledore, Harry, and you must come with me. He has to know that you are the father of my child."

"All right, sweetie, o.k." everyone had left the Dining Hall 10 minutes ago. They were sitting there quietly.

*****************

Dumbledore looked up from his work when he heard a soft knock on the door. He walked over to it and opened it. "Hello Ms. Granger, Mr. Potter, how may I help you two today? And why aren't you in Potions?"

"Professor, we need to t-t-t-a-a-l-l-k." Hermione stuttered. He looked at their serious faces. He had never seen Harry this serious unless he was fighting Voldermort.

Harry had lived with his godfather for the last summer. He had grown to be 6' and quite muscular. Hermione's hair elongated and now reached the center of her back(does it really say in HP how long her hair was???). Her hair also thinned a bit so it wasn't as...puffy. It had grown to more a chestnut brown and not a dullish color. Harry's hair was still scattered on the top of his head.

"Alright, you can talk to me," he said gently, as he sensed something was seriously wrong.

"This might be easier if I just spit it out," Hermione said shyly. "Professor, I am," she took a deep breath as waiting, hoping something would happen, "pregnant." She almost whispered the last word.

"All right Ms. Granger." he looked directly at her. "I must be honest, no other student has become pregnant since I have been here. But, I guess there is a first time for everything." he said uneasily.

'This was Albus Dumbledore,' Hermione thought. 'Voldermort was afraid of him, and only him. He was probably the greatest wizard she knew! And he became uneasy over this. THIS! Goodness, I'm in trouble!'

"Mr. Potter, I must presume you are the dad."

"Ye-ye-yes s-s-sir." Harry said suddenly very interested in his shoes.

"We have a problem," Dumbledore said as he ushered us back to the common room. "Don't leave there. Professor McGonagall or myself will be there to retrieve you both when you are needed. Until then, do some schoolwork. Ms. Granger, that should not be too hard for you," he said with a little chuckle.

A/N: Part 5 will be out as soon as I get to writing it. Hopefully, it is soon. Harry Potter and Love is in the Air Part 5

A/N: Go Chapter 5! ::hehe:: You are now reading a popular fanfiction. Please go to www.usnews.com and look at this weeks issue(August 7). My fanfiction is mentioned because the lady asked me to be interviewed. Of course, I declined with my oh so busy schedule, but my story is still mentioned in there. "though in one, pal Hermione carries Harry's love child" So now critisize it. I DARE YOU! buhahahaha, ::coughs::. O.k. just read it, you have to like it by now or you wouldn't be reading part 5. Also Ludo Lupin, if you read this, your "Survivor" story made the cut for one of the ones the lady "mentioned".

Hermione sat next to Harry searching for words. They had been sitting there for about 6 hours. Suddenly, the portrait swung open and Ron appeared.

"Here guys, Dumbledore sent me up here to bring me your lunch. What happened? You weren't in Potions, then I didn't see you in any other classes. Actually, I haven't seen you since breakfast."

"Ron, we must talk. Harry and I both need to talk to you. It is very important." Hermione said as Ron sat down.

"What about?" he asked scanning their food.

"Take it," Harry said catching Ron's eye. "We're not hungry."

"Wow! This must be serious if you guys aren't eating!" Ron said chowing down on some of their food.

"Ron, you know how I said I was pregnant, then broke up with you?" Hermione said very seriously.

"Yeah," Ron said, not too hungry any more.

"It's, well, um, the baby, it's, Ron, um..." Hermione said very nervously.

"It's mine," Harry said, saving Hermione.

"Wha... wha...what?" Ron stammered. "The child? It's Harry's? I can't believe this! My own friend! You tricked me Harry! You lied to me! You can't be happy with fame. You can't be happy with the perfect life! Harry you have everything. You can't walk down a street in Hogsmede without 50 witches or wizards wanting pictures or autographs. NO! YOU COULDN'T BE HAPPY WITH THAT! YOU HAD TO HAVE HERMIONE! NOW I HAVE LOST EVERYTHING! HERMIONE WAS EVERYTHING TO ME AND I LOST HER! WHAT AM I GOING TO DO NOW? BLOODY GRADUATE LAST OF THE 7TH YEARS AND BECOME SOME WHAT OF A BUM? I HAVE NOTHING TO LIVE FOR, HARRY! NOTHING! YOU TOOK EVERYTHING AWAY FROM ME! EVERYTHING I LOVED! HARRY, I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU! YOU BACK-STABBING LITTLE BRAT! THAT FIRST DAY OF HOGWARTS, ME BEFRIENDING YOU AND SHOWING YOU THE WIZARD WORLD FROM DAY ONE! OTHER THAN SMALL LITTLE FIGHTS, HARRY, I HAVE BEEN WITH YOU FROM DAY ONE! AND WHAT IS MY THANKS? YOU HAVING A CHILD WITH MY GIRLFRIEND! HARRY, THIS IS NOT THE END, YOU CAN COUNT ON REVENGE, HARRY. REVENGE!

He stormed out of the room and they could hear his footsteps fade into the distance. As Hermione weeped into Harry's robes, a tiny tear fell down Harry's face. He had never cried before. Not when he was locked in the cupboard some 8 years ago. Not a tear went down his face when Cedric died. But now, he was losing his best friend, to none other than himself.

**********************************

Before the last class let out, Professer McGonagall entered the Gryffindor common room.(she's allowed to do that, right?) "Hermione, Harry, you come with me." she said sharply.

They quietly walked behind her as she led them into a huge room. It was about as big as the Great Hall, just with no food and no tables. Right now, Dumbledore, and all the other teachers were standing there staring at Harry and Hermione.

Dumbledore was the first to speak, "What did Ron do when you broke the news to him?" He knew, Dumbledore knew! They should've known, he's not stupid.

"Ron got very, very angry Professer." Hermione said.

"That he should be," Dumbledore said back.

"Sir?" Hermione asked quietly.

"Yes Hermione?" Dumbledore said staring at a statue above their heads.

"Will I be expelled?"

"You should be! You and Potter both! Maybe even Weasley!" Snape snapped at them.

"Professer Snape, punishment is my call. And, this, this should only effect Ms. Granger and Mr. Potter and Mr. Weasley and their parents. We, as your school, can do nothing about it. We will try to make your stay here as comfertable as possible, though."

"Thank you. My, my parents will be here tomarrow. Thats when I will tell them. Do you mind if?"

"Anything. You can use any room in the school you want other than anywhere in another house tower. The Great Hall won't be to great either, seeing how everyone will be in there eating. This room would be nice. And you don't have to go to classes either."

"Professer Dumbledore, do you think this is necessary? Their schoolwork is important."

"Perfect, Snape. I think they need a little break. Mr. Weasley may come if he wants."

"That is not a good idea. He is still very, very upset about our conversation, professer," Harry said.

"Whatever you two want. It is your child." he said with a little frown on his face. "But a friend like that, thats something special, don't lose him."

*************************************************

Harry and Hermione fell through the portrait hole. They glanced over at Ron and nodded. They walked over to Ron, ignoring all the staring eyes. "Ron's revenge," thought Harry, "telling the whole school he had impregnated Hermione!"

"Ron, we need to talk. I am sorry," Harry blurted out.

"NO WAY! Harry, you made your decision. You decided to tell me this was your child, and not mine. You decided to go behind my back and lie to me. Now you must live with the fact that no matter how hard you try, I will never speak to you again, Harry, never!"

"Ron, wait!" Harry said as he ran up the stairs after Ron.

Harry entered their bedroom chambers and he saw Ron lying face first against the bed. "Ron, listen to me. We have been friends ever since I've known you! Are we going to blow a 7 year friendship on a fight? Ron, I didn't mean to hurt you. I didn't plan on it. It just happened one night when we were studing."

"Harry, please. I know you were infatuated with her when we were going out. And you are so famous, so perfect, she would go for you over me in a second. It was more than once."

"Ron, it was only once. It was just an animal attraction. I didn't mean to. Now we, we have to get married."

"MARRIED? WHAT HARRY?"

"Ron, please. I am so sorry for everything, and I am just trying to make everything right, I don't want to lose you, but I don't want to lose Hermione. You two are my best friends and if something ever happened to either of you, I might die!" A tear ran down his face.

"Harry, don't cry. I shouldn't of been so mad at you, I mean, I guess God was just telling us that we shouldn't be together..."

"Now, Ron. You are right, it was all my fault."

"Harry, we shouldn't fight like this. You two get married, I will be in the front seat at your wedding."

"Would you be the best man?" he asked Ron.

"Most certainly." he said beaming.

"I am so glad you didn't do anything drastic!" Harry said as they walked back down to the common room to try to find Hermione. "Uh, oh." Harry said as he hesitated from walking down any more steps.

"What?" Ron asked looking back at Harry, frozen on the third step.

"Hermione's parents, Sirius, what will they say?"

A/N: And I'll leave you like that. I know Ron can carry out an arguement as we saw in book 4, but I didn't know how to carry this one out. If I didn't have them talk that night, Ron probably wouldn't live to see Hermione's baby be born. Just wait and see how the folks take it in Chapter 6. *My fan fiction is more famous than me!*

Harry Potter and Love is in the Air Part Six

Author's Note: Story takes place in their seventh year at Hogwarts. Read parts 1-5 if you don't understand it. PS In chapter 4, when I said Hermione's hair elongated, someone said that wasn't a word. Well, it is a word. Look in a dictionary. An ENGLISH dictionary. The definition-the process of growing or increasing in length. Look in your dictionary again.

***************************

Ron read Harry's face. It was filled with fear and hope. He had only met Hermione's parents twice before. He thought how he feel if his only daughter told them she was pregnant and going to get married to the boy she loved in her seventh year at Hogwarts. Especially since she was so smart and had such a great future. He would hate his future son in law forever. But he loved Hermione. He had loved her ever since he had seen her, so innocent in their first year at Hogwarts. He had wondered if he liked her the same way.

"Come on, Harry. Hermione can't help us figure this out if she can't talk to you," Ron said pulling Harry toward the common room. He shuddered when he said Hermione's name. He obviously hadn't gotten over the break up.

"O, O.K." he said staring blankly into the common room. He took the last few steps very slowly and Ron had to pull him the whole way. He just thought that he had fought Voldemort, so Hermione's parents wouldn't be a problem. But Voldemort still wasn't dead. And Harry's battles with Voldemort were over hate, and this was a battle over love.

Harry walked over to Hermione with Ron by his side. "Harry, how did you do it? Why isn't Ron angry like before?" Hermione started.

"We talked," Ron finished quickly not wanting to go into much conversation with his ex-girlfriend at that moment.

"Wow, I guess Harry is a whiz at that," Hermione joked, blushing.

"Remember, Harry my parents are coming in tomorrow," Hermione said now looking down at her feet.

"And Sirius, I know. Hermione, I am...scared." he said looking up at her then over to Ron. Ron got the hint and abruptly left. Harry looked down at Hermione again and took a seat next to her. She looked so beautiful with her hair freely flowing over her shoulders and resting softly on her back. With Ron gone, Harry clearly remembered the night they had first fallen in love.

He had begged Hermione to help him study for a Transfiguration test that they would be having before Thanksgiving. He had to turn a pillow into some sort of Christmas gift. But, he got his spells mixed up and it flew onto Hermione's face. He walked over to her and bent down to take the pillow of her face and they connected. Before he had even realized what was happening he had kissed her. It was sweet and innocent, but passionate nonetheless.

Hermione quickly pulled away. "Harry, I can't do this to Ron. He would be crushed. We just can't..."

"I know Hermione," he started. "I know..." They looked into each others eyes and collapsed under the pressure of love.

"I was never meant to be with Ron. If I had, then I wouldn't have fallen under any pressure by any man. But Harry, I love you. I love you so much, Harry."

They kissed again, more passionately then ever, then it happened.

***************************

Hermione sat on an unoccupied shelf and cried. "Why did I do that to Ron?" she thought. "Why did I hurt him so God Damn much? He should never know what happened. If he does find out, his life will be ruined!" Her eyes moved from the ceiling to where Harry was resting. Tears slowly made their way down her face like a river going down a mountain.

Sleeping with Harry while she was still dating Ron was by far the worst thing she had ever done in her life, and she knew that. She slowly picked up all her clothes and put them on. She violently shook Harry.

"Wha, what's da matter?" he asked although he was still half-asleep.

"Harry, let's go before Ron catches you out of bed," she said impatiently.

He picked him self up and put his clothes on tiredly while Hermione gathered their books up.

"Come on, hurry up." She said. They had come to study in the middle of the night under Harry's Invisibility Cloak since the library closed that night. "The librarian will be back soon."

******************************

He had never even thought of the moment when Ron was around, afraid something might slip out, but every time he saw Ron and Hermione together, it hurt him deep inside. Some place he never knew about until that night with Hermione.

They sat in each others arms when Ron went to bed. They stayed that way until quarter until 1 in the morning.

"Come on, Hermione. We should get to bed. Between Sirius and your parents, tomorrow is going to be a big day," he said as he pulled her up off of the couch that they were sitting at. He kissed her softly on the forehead as they slowly walked different ways.

******************************

The next morning Hermione got up and got dressed quickly. She brushed her hair as best she could before she ran down the steps.

No one was in the common room yet. She sighed, as she had hoped Harry would have been early like herself. She went back up to her bed and grabbed a few books that she figured she would read while waiting for Harry, and also took her bag and flung it over her shoulder.

She skipped down to the common room, but the books were not necessary as Harry was already there, sitting by the fire. He had been early, after all.

He hadn't turned his head or acknowledged she was there, so she thought he hadn't seen her.

"Big day today, stranger," she said in a weird country accent that sounded like a really bad female Elvis. She walked in front of him and gave him a kiss.

"Hey, Hermione. Just brushing up on my manners," he said holding up a book titled Muggle Manners. "I hope your folks will like me."

"Harry they have already met you. Besides, what is there not to like?" she said enthusiastically.

"The fact that I got their straight A student daughter pregnant 6 months before she was supposed to graduate. And we aren't married," he said looking at her like she was supposed to know all that.

"Harry, calm down. They will be understanding, I hope. I don't think we need to inform them of Ron right now, it will be too much for them."

"And when should we inform them that you cheated on Ron?" he asked her.

"Fifty years after they are dead," she joked.

"O.K. I agree, we shouldn't inform them of Ron right now."

"What about Sirius?" she asked blushing.

"I don't know. I don't think his other godsons got girls pregnant before they were married," he said laughing.

"Harry, I am serious." Hermione started.

"No, you're not, your Hermione," Ron said as he came down the steps. "What are you two up to?"

"Practicing how to tell our guardians that Hermione is pregnant and we are going to be married right after we graduate," Harry said as if it was an everyday thing. Ron shuddered at the thought then wished them luck, and headed down to breakfast.

"Let's go eat something," Harry said, "I'm starved. Let's figure this out later."

"O.K." Hermione agreed. "I am eating for two now," she said as she looked adoringly at her fiance.

"Oh," Harry said excitedly. "I almost forgot! Here this is for you," he said and with a swipe of his wand a brilliant multi-diamond ring appeared for Hermione. "I had enough of my parent's inheritance left after all of my school things to get this for you. I hope you like it," he said.

"Oh, Harry it's beautiful! I love it! I couldn't ask for a better engagement ring."

Ron had climbed through the portrait hole because he forgot some books. They were so wrapped up in themselves and the ring that they hadn't noticed him. "They are really going to do it," he thought, "they are going to betray me like that."

Harry Potter and Love is in the Air Part 7

A/N: I am so glad you guys keep reading. Have fun, I know you'll love this chapter, especially if you like Sirius.

Best if read after parts 1-6. Actually youruined a great story if you haven't read parts 1-6. Rated PG-13 because it is not intended for children under the age of 13 without parental supervision.

Disclaimer: J.K. Rowling owns Harry, Ron, Hermione, Neville, Dean Thomas, Sirius, and Hermione parent's. I own Herm's kid and the plot.

Harry gripped Hermione's wrist as he pulled her up off the couch. She looked deep into his green eyes. She put her head down, and slowly he touched her chin and brought it up.

"Please no..."Hermione started. His lips gently as a mother with her newborn, Harry touched his lips against hers. She got swept away in a wave of fantasy. He gently stroked her hair with his fingers. They broke their lips apart and looked at each other for a few seconds.

"We, we better get going," Harry said as he walked over to the couch where he had left some of his stuff. They looked at each other and smiled.

"Madame," Harry said in a french accent as he took Hermione's hand.

"Most certainly," Hermione said giggling at Harry's bad accent.

Ron watched from the corner of his eye. He was seated all the way in the back corner. "AWFUL!" he wispered angrily.

"What is?" came a voice from behind him. He turned around and saw Neville sitting there next to him.

He quickly took his grip off all of his papers and they went flying. "Papers flying everywhere," he quickly lied.

"But they weren't like that before," Neville started.

"Neville, go to bed or something. I don't feel like talking," Ron snapped.

"Touchy, touchy today!" he said angrily as he quickly walked over to Dean Thomas.

"The last thing I need is Neville on my back. With Harry stealing my girlfriend."

Ron watched them all the way out the door.

*********************************

Harry and Hermione stared into the beautiful sunrise. "I wonder when they will come," Hermione said gently looking into Harry's eyes. 'He has beautiful eyes,' she thought.

"I don't know," Harry said uncomfertably.

Just as the words left his mouth a black dog came running up the Hogwart's steps. "Sirius, you know you don't have to change into a dog anymore," Harry informed him as he sat down in between the two.

"Sirius, you can change back now," Hermione said. He just sat there.

"Hermione, thats not Sirius," Harry said.

"Ding ding ding, let's show them what they won!" came a voice from behind them.

"Sirius!" Hermione and Harry said in unison as they stood up and hugged Sirius. They looked at each other than began to laugh.

"Who is your pal?" Harry asked him.

"Max," Sirius said with a grin. "She's so cute!"

"A girl dog named Max? Thats something I haven't heard in awhile," Hermione said.

"Is that my baby?" came a voice from the bottom of the stairs. Hermione turned around excitedly.

"Mummy! Daddy! How nice to see you! I've missed you!" Hermione cried as she ran down to meet her folks.

Harry followed acting strangely nervous, Sirius noticed.

"We've missed you so much, too!" her mother said as they embraced her.

"Harry, old boy," Hermione's dad said. He gripped Harry's hand and shook it. "Gotta work on that handshake. Real men's handshakes are strong, yet gently. Yours was too..."

"Please, daddy! Your life is determined on the first handshake you have with someone!" Hermione said.

"Well a good handshake means a good boy. But we already know Harry is a good boy, don't we?"

"Yes, yes,"Hermione's mum said as she ushered him up the steps.

"Mr. and Mrs. Granger, my name is Sirius Black, Harry's godfather," Sirius said gripping Mr. Granger's hand.

"Oh, yes. Hermione has told us all about you," Mrs. Granger said as she, too had her hand shaken by Sirius.

"Only good, I hope," Sirius said.

"Oh, yes. All good," Mr. Granger said cutting in. "Say it's half past 12, shouldn't we be eating?"

"Of course, follow us," Hermione said taking Harry's hand. Mr. and Mrs. Granger and Sirius exchanged looks.

"Looks like our little Hermione has a boyfriend," Mrs. Granger said to her husband.

Hermione heard it and quickly released Harry's hand. Mrs. Granger giggled like she was a school girl again.

They got introduced back into the room they had last visited the night before. They sat at a table that was prepared for them. Their meals appeared before them and they started eating.

Hermione was so involved in what her parents were saying she didn't even remember the house elves that prepared the meal.

Well, mum, dad, Sirius, Harry and I have something to tell you," Hermione said. They exchanged looks. "Harry and I are getting married, and I am pregnant," she blurted out.

They all exchanged looks throughout the table. No one spook for a long time until Mrs. Granger finally got up the courage to say something. "Oh my," was all she could say.

Harry Potter and Love is in the Air - Part 8

Ron opened and closed Harry's trunk. "Harry is my friend," he thought. "But what he did to me!"

Finally he decided what to do. He left the room. He had in his hand exactly what he needed.

Meanwhile, Harry, Hermione, and their parents (and godfather) sat in the great room, where they were all silent.

"My God, Hermione! What, why, how?" her mom said.

"Mom, this is our fault. Harry still has some money in his vault and he is going to get a job just as soon as we graduate in May. Mom, he is letting me go to college! I'm going to be a scientist, mom!"

"Hunny, college is a lot of money,"

"Mom this is Harry Potter! Anyone will pay twice as much money for him as the next guy!"

"But, you're, you're too young. You're not gonna go get yourself pregnant and that is final."

"Mom, I already am pregnant."

"What, oh um yea ok."

"You sure did surpirse me," Sirius said. Harry realized this was the first time his godfather had spoken since the news broke.

"Sorry Sirius, I just..." Harry began.

"Don't be sorry son, don't," Sirius said. He looked down and back up in the awkward minute of silence. "I support you," he wispered gently.

"What?" Harry said.

"I said I support you and Hermione! But why, how could you do this to me?" he said now standing. Harry also stood. They were about the same height now.

"Sirius I didn't mean to hurt you or Hermione or anyone!" he said. A tear trickled down his face.

Sirius, all though a great man who never cried, looked about to weap. He looked Harry straight in the face. Harry's eyes began to burn and he moved his gaze from Sirius to the ground. "Harry, Harry, I know I have never told you this, but Harry I love you." Sirius said.

Harry now looked up, shocked. Hermione saw his reaction and guided her parents out of the room. Harry smiled, although it took all his effort and it was still a weak smile. His emotions were mixed up in side of him like a milkshake in a blender. "I love you too, Sirius, I love you too." he said as he put his arms around Sirius. "You have always been there for me. And you have been the absolute best godfather you could be. And I thank you for that. I thank you for everything you have given me and everything you have enabled me to do."

"Harry, I guess I still thought of you as a child, still a little boy. I wanted to watch you play little league and buy you your first broom. I guess I got so caught up in that I didn't realize you're 18. I bout Max, well I bought her for you." Sirius said. He realized that for the first time in his life he had put away his pride and spilled out his emotions.

Harry smiled. Hermione looked in through a crack in the door, and couldn't help smiling herself.

It seemed as though everyone was smiling. Everyone except for someone no one knew was there. Someone who had snuck into the room. Someone who plotted to kill Harry.

A/N: I think you will be surprised this chapter. Normally I will e-mail you if you had a question in your review and answer that question, so post your e-mail. P.S. Max was mentioned in chapter 7, it was the dog Sirius bought and last chapter you found out she was for Harry.

Harry Potter and Love is in the Air Part 9

In the dark corners of the room, a figure stood. The figure was draped in a cloak, a special clock, and was not making a single sound, it seemed as though it was not human or wizard, for the thing was not even breathing.

Meanwhile Sirius and Harry walked out the door and met up with Hermione and her parents. Harry walked next to Hermione and kissed her cheek softly. She giggled, and her parents looked behind them and saw her looking at Harry with affection. "They really are in love," her Mom whispered and quietly they moved on.

Harry and Hermione led their parents out the door. "Tata mum, tata dad! I will see you at Christmas!" Hermione called as they walked with Sirius. They watched until they were out of view.

"I love you Hermione," Harry said as they still stood there waiting for something to happen. Her soft hair flooded his face and this time, he didn't brush it away. He just stood and smelled the sweet fragrance until they were tired from standing so long.

They walked back into the castle and flirted all the way up the steps. It seemed they were so happy, so it was surprising that the dark figure that had followed them from the great room would ruin it all in a couple of weeks. Everything they had together would be lost.

They walked into the Great Hall since they had barely eaten anything for lunch. Harry ate his meal but Hermione continued until she had everything the school had to offer her. "Thank God that all of the students are at class, if they saw Hermione, they would know something was up.

They walked in silence up to the common room Hermione immediately got some books and started doing the missed assignments she thought they might have. Harry just sat in front of the fire and watched they flames rise and fall. He thought it was like all of his relationships. The one with his parents that rose when he was born and fell when they died. The one with Ron that rose when they first met and fell when the news broke of Harry and Hermione's child. He pondered for a moment and thought of his relationship with Hermione. The rise was their great love but he thought, "what was the fall?" He looked over at Hermione and a great wave of fear and panic swept through him. "Hermione, I can't lose Hermione. Not now, not ever!" he thought as he moved next to her and stroked her hair.

She looked up at him and smiled. "Hey, no cheating!" she joked as she covered some answers with her arms jokingly.

"Caught me!" he said and smiled. "It just can't get better than this," he thought. "It just can't get better than this."

A still figure huddled against the wall, smiling at their great happiness together. And how he was planning to destroy all the happiness they ever had as he had done before.

Just at that moment a bunch of students walked into the room. Harry looked down at Hermione with a desperate look. She just smiled and nodded her head. Harry walked over to the one with scattered papers. "Hey Neville!" Harry said as he walked over to him.

"Oh, hey Harry. Why weren't you in classes today?" Neville said looking up from where he was standing.

"Neville let's have a little chat." Hermione said coming up behind Harry.

"O.K." Neville said a little confused, but nonetheless he walked over into a corner with the two.

"Neville I am pregnant!" Hermione said as Neville settled himself in the chair.

He jolted up. "Does Ron know you have his child? Are you going to marry Ron? Is this a joke?"

"Neville, no it isn't a joke but..." Hermione started.

"But what?" he asked desperately.

"It's my child, not Ron's kid," Harry said entering the conversation for the first time.

"Oh my God!" Neville screamed as he jumped up.

"SHHHHHH!" Harry said as well as a couple of students trying to do their homework.

"Does Ron know about this? Wait a minute, I'm not supposed to tell him am I? I get it, this is all a joke on Neville. I see," Neville said shooting a glare at Harry then shooting the same glare at Hermione.

"It isn't a joke Neville it's for real. And yes, Harry spoke with Ron last night. He does know about this," Hermione stated in a matter of fact tone.

Harry and Hermione went on to talk about why they weren't in classes, and their upcoming wedding.

Dean Thomas who wass passing by heard the word baby and marriage and stopped to see what was up. He had almost the same reaction as Neville when Harry, Hermione, and Neville retold the story one more time.

The rumor mill started turning then, and by the time they were done talking, the whole school had twisted versions of the scandal. Some horrible things were said, and of course all the girls talked about was Hermione and Harry.

They would be walking to class together and girls would giggle as they passed. Every night, Hermione lay in Harry's arms and cried. "Shhh, it's gonna be all right. It's o.k." he would reassure her time and time again. But the only problem was he didn't know himself.

Harry woke up the next morning and greeted Ron at the portrait hole. "Hey Harry," Ron said and as he always did, walked the other way. It didn't take a genius to tell Ron was avoiding Harry, but Harry had so much on his mind, he didn't deal with Ron.

Harry walked into the Great Hall and got some breakfast, trying to take his mind off everything. He sat down and started chowing down when all the owls came in. Hedwig flew over with a gleeful look and Harry gave her some food in exchange for a package. He read-

Harry,

I believe it is quite necessary for us to give you a wedding present since Dudley may never had a wedding. His girlfriend just broke up with him. Your godfather stopped by and told us the news, but don't expect us to come. Bye Harry,

Aunt Petunia

P.S. He is still here.

He saw the gift and opened it. After looking at it he was glad that Sirius had forced them to give him a gift. Of course it was used, but only once. They were two champagne glasses and he read the inscription.

Vernon and Petunia Dursley

"WOW, Sirius," he thought, "you must really scare them."

Then he read Sirius' note-

Dear Harry,

I got the old bags to give you and Hermione something for the big day. I made sure I sent it so you would get it.

Love,

Sirius Black

P.S. I made the "love" cause this is making me all mushy.

He smiled great pride as a dark figure snuck around the room, but no one noticed. But everyone did notice a screaming redhead come into the room. It was none other than Ron.

A/N: Come on, I mean I am not a writer who is that obvious am I? For those who haven't caught on, Ron is not the dark figure and he does not have Harry's fathers cloak. The mystery-who is the dark figure and what does Ron have?

Harry Potter and Love is in the Air Part 10

A/N: Anyone who says mean things about my story, I just delete the e-mail and never speak with that person. So save your energy. I changed the end of chapter 9, so if you want it is the last paragraph only.

Later-

A screaming redhead raced into the Great Hall as Hermione enjoyed breakfast.

Hermione looked up and sighed at Ron. Then she looked closer at his face as he raced towards her. It was a face full with sadness and grief. He stopped next to her. He talked so quickly she only heard pieces of what he was saying, but it was enough. She heard, "Voldemort, back, Ginny, dead,"

"Ginny is dead!" Hermione shreaked. A sudden flash of the Chamber of Secrets came back to her in an instant. As she raced after Ron, the dark figure in the corner laughed.

"My servent has succeded. Time has come," he laughed. "Time for the final downfall of Harry Potter."

Ron raced with Hermione out to a dark place some time away from the castle. There he showed Hermione the note that he had received and carefully pulled a white sheet over the top of Ginny's head.

"Oh God," Hermione said as she burried her head into Ron's chest. "Does...does Harry know?" she asked through her tears. Although in the beginning, Ginny was a pest, Hermione had grown to call Ginny her best friend.

"No, I must...I must tell him," Ron said chocking on his every word. He covered Ginny with the cloth once more. The were going back inside when a figure emerged from the shadows and captured the two. They looked up at the creature, but could not stand it any longer then looked back down.

"My master is back. Back to kill. Back to kill everyone. Back to kill Harry Potter. My master is back to kill." the figure repeated. After everytime that he had mumbled these words an evil horriffic laugh followed it. The two figures sat in silence, staring at Ginny. They wondered what was to happen to them. They wondered who could ever save them. Then they remembered they had a national hero as a best friend.
