I'm talking about "Asbestos Felt" the most recent release from Gagged Records. More plugs for them, means more groupie H.J.'s for me! No, kidding. "Asbestos Felt"'s first CD hit shelves today.. not in your town though, only mine. It still can be yours though! And I'll tell you how... well, no, they'll tell you how...

Being the guru of tunes that I am, I'll give you a quick rundown. Asbestos Felt: More Than You'll Ever Know... The first release, created amazingly in five days by Bubbles, Jason & Brian (Cat, Felt & Gag that is... sounds like a porno. Porno is nice, one time I saw this porno.. ok, a chick & a llama are in a bar...er) It's reminicent of The Ramones, and old Greenday, with an added flare of humor and inside jokes. Intelligent lyrics, and great punk chords make some incredible tunes (some incredibly short tunes, also... all in true punk rock fasion.) In any case, a good buy. Well, for five bucks, a rock is a good buy. But I promise you, "More Than You'll Ever Know" is far more entertaining than a rock, and possibly more letha when thrown at an enemy. Since you care so much about how I feel (and you do, you admit it, you admit it now) Here's a quick rundown of my favorite tracks...

• "River City Ransom": A great song, with great lyrics. Truly old school. The overlapping harmonic vocals make this song a real sing-along... like Lambchops, with more swearing.
• "2:02": An angst song about not being able to buy alcohol two minutes after the selling stop point. Who here can't relate to that song!? (Except you Mormon Dan.)
• "This Song Is Not About Keith": It's really not. It IS however, a good song. Promise.
