Collinwood Hall

Through miles and miles of forest you will trudge; up a flagstone road that is now buried in dirt and dust. Finally, you emerge from the forest and your breath catches in your chest. The mansion, more appropriately called a castle, is beautiful. You see the long road you have been traveling on makes an arc in front of the castle, bringing the road back to meet itself at the edge of the forest.

The entrance into the castle is spectacular. Butted up to the huge three-story castle of massive grey stones is a porch large enough to house a small town. The columns are of stone and between these are railings of intricately designed black iron. The wide stairs flow beautifully up to the massive double oak doors.

The house is sitting in the middle of a field. With a few wildflowers and such. The house is huge. No one knows exactly how many floors there are in this house. It is believed to have floors deep in the ground, but no one has ever dared go into it's depths. However, four floors have been identified if you count the dungeons/storage area as a floor.

It's made from the large grey stones they use to build castles. There is one tower in the front right hand (looking at it) corner of this house. Lady Margaret Collins's bedroom used to be there, but now it belongs to Travin Collins.

There are gardens on the (again, facing the house) left hand side that are surrounded by a labyrinth of stone walls. These gardens takes up much of the side and back of the house and nearly reach the edge of the forest that surrounds the medium sized field the house is in. There is a stable in back of the house. No horses have been kept there since Lady Margaret's parents died in that buggy accident. The roof of the house is like a regular house, pointed upwards as if you'd folded a brown piece of paper and sat it there. You know, like a regular house.

The house has already been fully restored to its original state with modern conveniences. It was burned to ruins in nineteen twenty and since then has been rebuilt right down to the dungeons. It has been, after all, eighty-one years!
