New sources have revealed to the Wynnefielders taking part in this trip that renting an RV is no longer possible. The backup plan was to steal Stumpy's car, but since it has no headlights (and possibly no motor) we don't think it will be helpful. So what I'm trying to say here is that transportation has become an issue.

Who is that hot guy at the top of this page?
That would be Cooper, one of the trip advisors
When is this happening?
Our departure date from Freehold, New Jersey will be Wednesday, June 23, 2004 and we will return home to Freehold no later than Sunday, August 1, 2004.
How many miles will this trip be?
Approximately 8,887 miles from city to city which is about six (6) days of driving
Which cities will be visited and where will the trip start?
The trip will start right here in our hometown of Freehold, NJ and we will visit the following cities of North America~
Washington D.C., Atlanta, New Orleans, Houston, Dallas, Albuquerque, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Los Angeles/Hollywood/Southern California, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, Salt Lake City, Denver, Omaha, Minneapolis, Chicago, Detroit, Toronto, Buffalo, Boston, Hartford.........in that order and for those of you who can't count, that would be twenty-two (22) cities, in eighteen (18) states & one (1) province, in two (2) countries, and on one (1) continent.
You should visit the official Road Trip Planner. It is in three parts and can be found below
How will we travel during this trip? Will we walk?
No, the only one who may have to walk would be Stumpy, but as for the rest of us we will use some sort of vehicle. An RV is a possibility although the chances of that are getting slimmer by the day and cars are the other option.

Stumpy is proud to be an American, which is why he will be walking across the country next summer. |
