Cooks- Prepare meals, make special menus, and control the budget.
Need to have customer service and personal service skills. Visualization
and creativity a must. At least two years of experience in the field and
culinary school.
Restaurant Manager- oversee all of the operations of the restaurant.
Must be a natural leader, creative, motivational, customer service
oriented. Needs to provide flexible hours. Must have three to five years
experience in the field.
Bartender- Tend to the bar, budget control. Should be outgoing, have
strong customer service and listing skills.
Dishwasher- No experience required. Operate dishwasher, load and unload
dishes, and other duties as assigned. Hand wash pots and pans. Make
sure dishes are clean before being removed to provide highest standards
for cleanliness.
Hostess- Greet and seat guests. Must be friendly, energetic, polite,
reliable. No experience necessary.
Assistant manager-Work with the general manager to create the highest
quality of service and management. Two years of college or related
experience. Creative and friendly . Flexible Schedule.
Waiters/Waitresses- Take orders, provide quality and customer service.
Flexible hours and weekends a must. Experience not needed but preferred.
Bus Boys- Bus tables, assist waiters, tend to customers, pour water,
be friendly, no experience necessary.
