  Archives are primarily accumulated committee Minutes which are added to each
         committee file as they become available.

  The accumulated committee Minutes are in the Word format originally published and
         from the 2004 Council year will be in historical sequence. During the year, as data
         increases, these pages may take awhile to load. Some files are split into separate
         parts to reduce this problem.
