Restrictions and Terms and Conditions:

Not valid for any theme or amusement parks, any chain hotels other than those at resort locations. You may send these request to any Inn, bed and breakfast, beach resort, mountain resort or any other resort destination location.

You are totally responsible for the transportation cost to and from the requested lodgings. You may be responsible for the cost of some meals. You are responsible for tipping all hotel staff and restaurant staff.

Editor's Choice is not liable for any canceled review reservations. Do embark on any trip until you have written confirmation from the destination lodging management on their normal reservation confirmation forms.

In the event that you fail to write a review of the destination lodging you visited, you may be billed and expected to pay for all lodging expenses incurred during your "review" visit. As a free lance reviewer for Editor's Choice you are required to write your review within fifteen days of your stay at the destination lodging.

Editor's Choice can not guarantee that any particular lodging will honor our review reservation request. We will replace all resort review request forms. Send us a copy of the form you mailed to the restaurant along with a 9 x 12" self-addressed stamped envelope and we will mail out your Free replacement forms and envelopes.
