Editor's Choice Review Request Form Replacement Policy

We have very good relations with many hundreds of publishers and manufacturers. But we cannot tell you that every publisher will send a review copy for each of your request. Each publisher and manufacturer maintains different policies about sending out review products.

What we can tell you is that if after thirty days you did not receive a requested review title we will send you Free replacement forms. You need only send us a xerox copy of the review request form. (always make a copy of each form you mail to a publisher) along with a 9 x 12" SASE. If you live outside the United States add three more weeks to the waiting policy.

Enclose a 9 x 12" self-addressed envelope with a 32 cent stamp for each review request replacement forms you are to receive. Also include a copy of each review request form that did not get shipped to you within 30 days. It is important to use a 9 x 12" if you are request multiple replacement forms. If it is a request for a single form, then you can use a standard #10 business SASE.

We will then check your record in our database to be sure you have emailed us all reviews that due if our records show that a publisher has shipped your review copy. We don't ship review request replacement forms to individuals who are in the habit of not emailing the reviews they owe us.

Mail to Editor's Choice, 4015 Holcomb Bridge   Road, Suite 350- pmb 869, Norcross, GA 30092, Attn: "Rush Replacement Request".

We will then send you your replacement forms along with Editor's Choice review request envelopes to go with the replacement forms.

The policy also applies for product, restaurant and travel resort review reservation as well as movie request forms.

 

One last caution:

1. You must include the proper postage.
2. You must include a copy of each request form you are seeking a replacement for.
3. It must be be accompanied by a Self Addressed inch envelope.
4. I may not be a request for a replacement of a "replacement form".

If you fail to follow these guidelines, we may not be able to send out your replacement forms.
