Hello, my name is Avelina Roach. I started AVELINA.NET many years ago, originally as a medium to get my story out and to inform the rest of the world that innocent victims are actually prosecuted in this country. What many believe to be our way of life in a free and democratic society is simply not the reality in which we live.
This year marks the twelth anniversary of the occurrence of three significant events associated with this Web Site: The night of conflict; the serving of the warrant; and, the trial.
In recognition of the 10th Anniversary of my situation I included the special Thank You page to Father Abe.
I created this web page because I was accused of, and prosicuted for, a crime that I did not
committ. False accusations can place anyone into this predicament. Once accused, it is up to you to prove your innocence, the coutrs do not have to prove your guilt.
