Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms

Fundamental Freedoms - (b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression; (c) freedom of association.

Section 6

Mobility Rights - 1. Every citizen of Canada has a right to enter, remain in and leave Canada.

Section 7

Legal rights to life, liberty and security of a person.

Section 15

Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to the equal protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination. [See CANADIAN HUMAN RIGHTS ACT equality clause which officially includes discrimination on a conviction or offence for which a pardon has been granted (click here for CHRA Purpose - 2). According to the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs & International Trade brochure 'Canadians Imprisoned Abroad'(click here for Transfer of Offenders Treaties) there is also no criminal record in Canada with a transfer or deport to Canada. There is no parole with deportation to Canada. Note for any Canadian who counters this human rights movement, treason is a life sentence in Canada according to the Canada Criminal Code (click here for Criminal Code link).]

Section 20

Any member of the public in Canada has the right to communicate with, and to receive available services from, any head or central office of an institution of the Parliament or Governmet of Canada, and has the same right with respect to any other office of any such institution.(click here to see full Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms).
