Who The Hell is Mana?

Mana was born March 19 in Hiroshima, Japan. He rarely smiles, laughs, or even talks in public, and often goes out looking the way he does in Malice Mizer.

Since he was young, his life had always been influenced by music. He would always listen to classical music, mostly J.S Bach. He learned the piano at a young age, his father was a music teacher. Though he was taught to love classical, he was drawn to rock music, and the sound of the guitar. Since he was interested by the music, he thought of trying out the style, and got a mohawk.

After high school, he moved to Osaka to be in a band which played punk music. After the band broke up, Mana met Kozi in Tokyo. They both worked in the same place as a part time job, and both became supporting members of a read-made band. The band didn't last, and Mana proposed that him and Kozi make a band that reflects tragedy, and thus: Malice Mizer is founded.
